We are recruiting for a Digital/IT Product Manager to join a UK-based organisation committed to innovation through digital transformation and purpose-built internal solutions. You’ll lead the delivery of impactful technology products that streamline operations, enhance agility, and drive strategic growth across the business. This is a remote position based in South Africa, working in alignment with UK time zones. You’ll collaborate with international teams and play a central role in creating digital tools that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of internal digital products, from ideation to launch.
Align product strategy and feature priorities with broader business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and key stakeholders.
Manage and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring value-driven decision-making.
Own outcomes — take accountability for the successful delivery of solutions.
Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and measure performance.
Produce clear, actionable product documentation including user stories and story maps.
Prepare product launches with effective communication and rollout planning.
Identify operational pain points and propose innovative, technology-led improvements.
Engage in discovery work to challenge assumptions and continuously improve product impact.
Contribute to business reviews and present product performance and roadmap outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience managing digital or IT products through the full lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Experience with value-based prioritisation and defining MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and MLPs (Minimum Lovable Products).
Proficient in using data and analytics to support decisions and explain priorities.
Creative, solutions-oriented mindset — able to think outside the box.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver outcomes independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing and maintaining product backlogs and development alignment.
Beneficial Experience (not essential):
Recruitment.

Workforce solutions.
Familiarity with the challenges and systems used in these areas will help accelerate success in this role.
