About the Job

Agrimark Operations Ltd, a subsidiary of KAL Group Ltd, is looking for a permanent Depot Manager (Fuel) in Moorreesburg. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role involves coordinating, motivating, and supervising the operational activities of the Depot, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries of fuel products.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, motivate and supervise the operational activities of the Depot.
Be responsible for the distribution of products, ensuring that all customers receive efficient, timeous deliveries of products/goods.
Depot and road tanker security and safety.
Road tanker and static storage capacity optimisation.
Management of stock & depot assets.
Environmental management compliance.
Safe handling and storing of Fuel (hazardous material).
Route planning & optimisation.
Fuel marketing.
Statutory, Financial & Administrative compliance.
Ad hoc tasks related to the aforementioned.
Maintain internal & external stakeholder relations.
Utilise networks for new business opportunities.
Using digital technologies to create new — or modify existing — business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.

Requirements

National Diploma (Logistics).
3 years related experience.
Experience of fuel depot operations and fuel tanker maintenance would be an advantage.
Computer literacy.
Valid code EB license.
Ability to work irregular hours, depending on changing fuel supply and demand conditions.
Ability to progress and add continuous incremental value – having impact.
Dealing with complexity.
