MacRobert Attorneys is looking for an Administrative Clerk in the Trust & Curatorship Department of their Pretoria Branch.
Responsibilities
Perform data capturing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Execute general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
Maintain, update, and verify trust and curatorship records.
Support the team with Microsoft Excel tasks such as spreadsheets, basic formulas, and data updates (Advanced Excel is an advantage).
Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Provide administrative support to team members and management as required.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
Requirements
Matric with Mathematics as a subject (essential).
At least 1 year of office administration experience.
Strong data capturing skills.
Intermediate MS Excel proficiency (advanced level will be an advantage).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
