WeBuyCars is seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Customer Service Co-Ordinator and Admin to join their IT department. This role involves efficiently scheduling IT resources, handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth departmental operations, and being a key part of the IT team to ensure projects are completed on time with the right people in place. 1
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule IT resources for various internal and external projects. 2
Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and project timelines. 3
Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and procurement. 4
Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure effective resource allocation. 5
Track and maintain inventory of IT assets and manage purchase orders. 6
Support the IT department with ad-hoc tasks and ensure all systems run smoothly. 7
Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within the team. 8
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role, ideally within an IT or technical environment. 9
ITIL 4 Certification will be an advantage. 10
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 11
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 12
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 13
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other service desk tools. 14
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. 15
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 16
