About the Job
Hire Resolve’s client, a dynamic marketing company in Sandton, is seeking a hands-on Finance & Office Administrator. This role involves managing the full debtors function and providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including debt collection, financial processing, reconciliations, diary management, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
Maintain debtor files and contracts.
Prepare and send client account statements.
Follow up on outstanding payments via calls, emails, and other means.
Provide weekly debtors reports for management meetings.
Process customer invoices.
Perform weekly bank and account reconciliations.
Execute supplier payments and inter-bank transfers.
Process debit orders ahead of month-end deadlines.
Provide general administrative and PA support to management.
Diary management: arrange appointments, schedules, and travel itineraries.
Liaise with clients and resolve account or service-related queries.
Coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers.
Maintain filing systems and perform data capturing tasks.
Manage client web services and portals.
Requirements
South African Citizen.
Based in or able to travel to Sandton.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Debtors or Finance Administrator role.
Relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Accounting, or related field).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience working with Xero Accounting, FNB, and Netcash platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proactive, able to work independently.
