This role is responsible for growing, managing, and retaining a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while delivering exceptional value through personalized financial solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing tailored financial solutions, proactive engagement, and outstanding service.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses, create personalised banking strategies, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Analyse industry trends, assess the competitive landscape, and provide performance reports to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).
Essential Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial acumen within the financial services industry.
Proven ability to acquire, manage, and retain high-net-worth clients through tailored financial solutions, proactive engagement, and strong relationship-building skills.
Strong financial analysis skills, experience in credit applications, debt restructuring, and compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
Advanced knowledge of banking products, processes, and procedures, with the ability to make informed decisions, empower individuals, and drive business growth.
